Possible mail link

Hi, is it possible to create an element field with which the user will input 12345 in a form. Then when viewed in the front when clicking 12345 becomes a mail link as the following:

mailto:user@somedomain.com?subject=question:Ref is 12345

You can do this with a custom link:
in your element's "List view settings"/List settings
set Link to detail=yes
custom link: mailto:user@somedomain.com?subject=question:Ref is {your_full___elementname}
