Read users from another joomla install

Hello

Is it possible with fabrik to connect to another joomla on the same server and read the users table and sync both users tables so i dont have to manually sync those tables? (this is for an alternative website of the same organization). The main idea is a synchronized login (so users dont have to create again an account etc.)
I am aware that fabrik can connect to other databases, but im not sure if this can be done, my guess is "no" but still wanted to ask the experts here.
I still need to use fabrik for form creation and lists but if this can be done it would be a huge time saving.

You can so what you want by using Fabrik's PHP hooks and write your own code. If you want to sync you may use Fabrik forms in both Joomlas for account creation and add a php form plugin (so you have a live sync) or you can create a scheduled task on one site running as often as you need.

Be aware that you can't cross-join tables/list from different Fabrik connections.
