Do you want one underlying database table and manage the data via 2 different forms (e.g. one for guests, one for admins)?
Copy your list (a list is like a view on a database table).
By copying a list you'll get a new set of list/form/groups/all elements.
The new "child" elements are linked to their "parents" but you can set enable/disable and "show in list" independently in the element listing.
If you are editing a parent this will change also the attributes of the child but you can unlink each child element (you'll get a checkbox if you are trying to edit the child) and then set e.g. access levels, validations, label... as you need.
