Send email when checked

Hi,

is there a opportunity to send a form to an emailadress too?
But the email only should be sent if a checkbox or something like that is checked.
I found the Plugin "email" but with that, I only can tell the link to the site and not send the form. Or did I misunderstand the Plugin?

Yes, the email form plugin should be able to do what you want. See if these help:

and go down to the "attachments" section (the direct bookmark doesn't work or I would have linked to that for you)
