I'd like to install next share button in a form (for example form ID 22),

but after saving there is just next part of code:

which doesn't work.

What should I do to put all code?

Your wysiwyg editor is stripping out the javascript.
You can change that

global config -> text filters

then set the user group you are editing with to "No filtering"

Is working on my site everywhere (form, group, list outro) but in list intro.

Maybe your editor itself is stripping the script.
Try to set your editor to "no editor" in your user profile.
