Simple Question on Configuring Image Element

I am new to Fabrik. It looks like a great tool, but i am having issues getting the Image element to work.

I have images stored in a relative directory path of images/members and am trying to put image filenames into an image element with values like 1234.jpg.

I have the element image value set to /images/members, front end select = no, show in list = yes.

But I don't get any images displayed in the list.

I am running Joomla 1.7 and Fabrik 3.0b.

I know this is some sort of simple configuration option that I have missed, just can't figure it out.

All help greatly appreciated.

If I put the images in images/stories and then click on view details it shows the image.

But it still doesn't show the image on the list screen.
