Submission message on redirect plugin is locked?

If you click that link you will see that the text area seems to be formatted wrong?

I cannot edit or add any message in the redirect plugin "Submission Message" box

Any ideas appreciated

I have just tested it in IE and it works fine - How strange?

Not working in FF though which is what I use all the time (Sorry Bill)
