I am looking for a template framework that works with fabrik. So far I have tried Purity III, Helix 3 , JA Builder and found that they wont full work. For example its quite common for list buttons like edit delete and view not to be visible. Pagination is broken in Helix and Purity. I am looking for something like this that will work out of the box. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Fabrik is usings Joomla's framework which is Bootstrap2 (the reference is the Protostar template coming with Joomla).
Purity III, Helix 3 are Bootstrap3. You have to add the overrides https://github.com/Fabrik/Fabrik-Joomla-alt-layouts
