Template Purity III

Using this template I have a problem to show icons and bars.
i.e. uploading photos.
See files examples: same things, only change template (Purity III and Protostar).
But I would like use Purity III.

Thank you for suggestion.
Tried, but nothing change.
How can I be sure that this layout is used?
I put the files and folder under /templates/purity_iii/html/layouts/com_fabrik
So, now I have:
/templates/purity_iii/html/layouts/com_fabrik/bootstrap3
/templates/purity_iii/html/layouts/com_fabrik/uikit
with subfolders.
Under general settings of Purity III I'm using Legacy compatible ON. If OFF I cannot see some other buttons of fabrik (add/modify/....).

Adding a photo (at the end of the page) is not possible to see the progress bar and also the icons.

bootstrap3
To use, copy the files in the bootstrap3 folder to
/templates/purity_iii/html/layouts/com_fabrik

so delete /uikit
move all from /com_fabrik/bootstrap3 to /com_fabrik
