I'm getting a few (4) W3C errors on a basic contact form. Please see the attachment.

Please give me a tip on where to find these snippets of code so I can fix them.

Managed to fix the label error.
Looks like the textarea placeholder error is maybe around line 168 or textarea.php?

textarea placeholder is HTML5, so you can use it in a HTML5 template.
