If I remember correctly, I was attempting to load my 3.x lists after changing the structure of my old 2.x tables when I got the following warning:

Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in /home/content/75/6326575/html/1.6.0/administrator/components/com_fabrik/models/list.php on line 1535

same thing on line 1539

Since this seems like this is a minor problem, is there an easy fix?

those line numbers don't seem to correspond to the code in the svn, can you update and tell me if the error persists and if so what line its on?
