Hmmm, I can see what's happening, but I'm not entirely sure of the best way of fixing it. As it's Deep Core code, I'm going to raise an issue for Rob on this one.

this is back. works sometimes (very rarely), but then it stops and nothing i do (logging off, pressing refresh, logging on with different userids, opening a alternative browser) will fix it. i haven't got a bead on when it does work and when it doesn't, but when it doesn't, here's what i get (note these are warnings, so in a prod system, it's probably a moot point since i wouldn't see them...)

I'm just going to wait till we have a test server. I've had a little rash of moofing up people's data the last few days, and I know when I'm on a "Everything I Touch Turns To Sh*t" roll.

So let's play it safe, and get a test setup going before I start hacking and slashing my way through your system.

The notice should be fixed but I think i see a bug in your Joomla template which is stopping the inline edit element from updating itself. The plugin tries to do this ajax call:

/skyforce/leads?=&element_id=77&elementname=77&format=raw&formid=3&g=element&listid=3&method=ajax_listUpdate&option=com_fabrik&plugin=calc&task=plugin.pluginAjax

which returns this:

 Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentRaw::getHeadData() in /var/www/vhosts/skyrun.com/httpdocs/skyforce/templates/yoo_nano3/warp/systems/joomla/layouts/head.php on line 15

So your yootheme template has a bug - I've not looked but perhaps its trying to do script compression when it shouldnt as a format=raw means no document head will be present
