What makes a save button gray out on a form?

The save button on a form seems to have grayed out and is not functional where the apply button is? It worked before until I added some more fields to the form and made it tab on multiple pages...I have no validation on any of the fields at the moment

have you set the form to be multi-paged? I think that will set it to grey until you reach the end of the form.

Yes I did... So you have to go to the last page before saving but you can use the apply button anytime.. correct?

yes I think thats the way it works, been a long time since I looked at a multipage form
