Workflow Visualization Idea

I am looking for a way to visualize tasks and their progression through a number of steps.

Let's say we know there are 6 steps for each task. We have a task1.status through task6.status (not started, started, completed), etc. The visualization would be similar to a timeline - but will use steps 1 through 6 (left to right) and the visualization would somehow indicate which step the task is at (change color of box, etc).

Could this be useful for others? Is there a possible way to do this inside or outside fabrik today that anyone is aware of?

have you looked at the fusion gantt chart visualization? I'm not sure it can indicate if the task is completed or not though

I took a look at the fusion gantt chart - isn't quite what I am looking for.

I do have a similar request however I simplified my approach to check the steps through having a sequence of icons representing each level of the workflow. Check my thread at http://www.fabrikar.com/forums/inde...-administration-list-with-status-icons.41790/ and tell me what you think...
