BUG: Autocomplete+raw not working

Sorry but I have reopened this bug because solution in commit https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/commit/73f865d147cd6f7bbf8906b4027e19dbacbb94ba is not working in case you only have the elements raw value in the url.


For example select ?view? in a related column and then click the link ?add? from inside the related list. The URL will not have ?referring_table? but it will have the linked element with _raw and the autocomplete field will display nothing?.

if i change line 1583
from: $label= (array) $this->getLabelForValue($label[0], $label[0], true);
to : $label= (array) $this->getLabelForValue($default[0], $default[0], true);

everything looks like it works with out a problem.
If this fix is acceptable please commit it.
