[bug] Form submit re-direct as search data

I have a search form, setup as redirect as search data.
Shows 2 entries on list page, and still shows rest of pages in navigation?? strange..

Judging by some of your other issues today, it seems like you have some kind of session filter stuck.

Can you point me at the form on the front end? I tried the "Find a physician" link, but I get 'form not published'.

yes sounds like the filter issue I just fixed.
As long as you redirect to the url defined by the menu item then I think its going to pick up the reset filter option and apply it now
