CGI Error: Upgrade from Fabrik 1.0.x to Fabrik 1.0.6

Hi!
We did an upgrade from Upgrade from Fabrik 1.0.x to Fabrik 1.0.6. Used the latest zip file and all files were FTP'ed up.

We get the following error when trying to edit an existing element and create a new element:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

We are running Fabrik 1.0.6 and Joomla! 1.0.12 Stable [ Sunfire ] 25 December 2006 01:00 UTC

Also on a side note the "delete" button does not work when viewing submissions.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Any idea what the x was in 1.0.x?

There's not a lot we can do about this ... neither Rob nor myself even has a J! 1.0.x with Fabrik 1.0.6 install set up any more, all of our effort is on 2.0. And that CGI error is too vague to even get a clue as to what is going wrong.
