For example you can see http://www.dobrochyn.org/index.php/features/philanthropy-marketplace
at the button "COM_FABRIK_TOTAL: 0". I'd like to change Total in Russian and without COM_FABRIK_, how to do it?

It seems COM_FABRIK_TOTAL is missing in ...\components\com_fabrik\language\ru-RU\ru-RU.com_fabrik.ini

Until it is fixed in GitHub (what text must it be in Russian?) you can do a language override:
in Extensions/Language Manager/Overrides
select ru_RU
add a override
"Language constant" = COM_FABRIK_TOTAL
"Text" = whatever you want

and I think you need not to translate COM_FABRIK - it should be hidden

Looking at our existing Russian translation, we have:

COM_FABRIK_TOTAL_RECORDS="????? ???????"

... so I'm assuming just "Total" would be:

COM_FABRIK_TOTAL="?????"

I've added this to github.

Note that the COM_FABRIK bit isn't ever included in an actual translations. That's just the "placeholder" phrase used in the code, which gets run through Joomla's translation functions, where the "COM_FABRIK_WHATEVER" is then translated into the appropriate language as selected by the admin / user.

You only ever see the "COM_FABRIK_WHATEVER" if that phrase is missing from the translation file. We try and keep up to date, but we rely on user input to keep our translations up to date, as Rob and I really only cover English and French. So other translations tend to lag behind a little, as we add new phrases, until someone like yourself gives us the phrases we need for their language.
