Displaying list of entries

Morning Guys

Quick question, how can I display the last entries from a list and limit to say 10 and also display the type of entry?

For example, I have a form that saves to a list. The list has name, number, email and type of client they are. I want to display in the following format but only displaying 1 type of user (Filter?)

The following are the latest users to register

Name Email Contact Number

Joe Bloggs email@email.com 01234567890
Joe Bloggs email@email.com 01234567890
Joe Bloggs email@email.com 01234567890
Joe Bloggs email@email.com 01234567890

You can do everything you need from the "Options" on a J! menu item for a Fabrik List, including selecting which elements to show, number of rows to show, and the pre-filter for the user.

The only thing you may need to set specifically on the List itself is the 'order by', which will need to be set to the PK element (usually 'id'), descending.

One of these days we'll add the 'order by' settings as options on the menu item as well.
