Element Filter on a multi select data

Hi

I have a column where it holds data from a multi-select as a collection. when i use search form it works fine but when i try to create an element filter it just gives me the list of data in that column. Please see the attached images for clarification.

Basically, the column named nursing_care_specialism holds values and separate them from a Swedish Char "SOH". -Inbuilt CIVICRM thing.

If you see the way that data is stored in the latest_rating its text and clearer so it populates the filter correctly

Is there any way that I can do the same to nursing care specialisms to populate a filter with meaningful text ?

I think i found a solution to my issue by turning that element to a databsejoin
