Email list plugin problem

Hi

I use the email list plugin but it seems that it doesn't send the email(s) when I select an article with placeholders as content template. If I don't select any content it sent normally but it's useless.

Upgrading to the latest github I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JModel::addIncludePath() in/home2/xxxxx/public_html/j3x/components/com_fabrik/helpers/html.php on line 2004

Remember I need the exact steps to reproduce a problem.

Hi Hugh

Clicking on the email icon which is on the right of each record, opens a pop up window where I put the email address to email to and writing (or not) something in the message box. Then clicking the send button I get this error only when I have select a content template like in my settings above. If I don't choose a content template it dont't get the error but it sends nothing and there is no message that the email sent.

I think I've fixed this, I'll commit the changes to github now.

Sorry, forgot to push the changes up to github after committing them locally.

The fix should be in this commit, the changes to getContentTemplate in the html helper.
