hello I notice that I can not send my form on google chrome, after trying with another template I can send the form which makes me think that I have a problem with a document bootstrap or jquery could you me help solve this problem here is an image of the error on chrome:

Did you try with the standard Protostar template coming with Joomla?

Following your error messages it seems to be a problem with your Joomla template.

yes with other template it works, is I missing a file?

As the error message from Fabrik says, it looks like something (probably your template) has overridden jQuery and substituted one which doesn't have the popover feature in it.

Check your template settings, see if it either allows you to select the features to include, or if you can turn off the way it overrides the jQuery version being used.
