Error Message with Email List Plugin after upgrade

Updated to J3.7.4
Then updated to F3.7 via Joomla update and all Fabrik listed plugins.
When opening the Steward List (View Data) received 'An Error has occurred - plugin manager plugin is disabled : email'
The List Email plugin, is enabled
On checking the List (Stewards) > Plugins > Email the plugin is in constant loading mode

Did a full GitHub update 30/7/17 with the same problem
Others Lists with List email plugin - same error
Lists without List email plugin - open with no problems

Check under Extensions/Plugins if the "Fabrik List - Email" plugin is enabled.

Was Enabled
Disabled, then re- Enabled, no change and still the same error message

You list email plugin has Access=Steward, set it to Public.

The error message to prevent unpublished plugins from being loaded was added recently; it seems it's triggered also if the plugin is not accessible so the text is a bit misleading.

Just another lesson learnt from the forum and a little piece of information to put into the memory bank.

I've tweaked that error message to say "plugin is disabled or ACL protected".
