Export problem

Hi, Dear Experts,

So i have some problem with export data from list to (csv or excel csv) - so when i do export on localhost - everythings fine, than when i do it on my site (after correct transferring ) --> export ok and after file downloading - and when Excel open it - it is blank and its file size is 0 bytes.

Have anyone faced with this problem? what will i adjust and in what options?
Can this problem lie in a permissions field?

Not seen that issue before. You could check permissions on your J! tmp folder.

Dear Experts,

i'm facing the same problem. On front and backend: when trying to export to CSV it counts zero rows ("0/Sätze") and generates an empty document. This is a screenshot

Which exact Fabrik version and which php version (on all of your servers).

Fabrik is 3.9
Php is 7.2.17
