FABRIK install crash

When I try to install main component I get this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JForm in /home4/klon56/public_html/younglivingconnection.com/administrator/components/com_fabrik/classes/form.php on line 43

I have to go and manually disable or rename the file in question or my site does not show up at all.
Any ideas ?

Just FYI, as of (I think) J! 3.2.1, this will no longer be a problem moving forward, as the Joomla folk accepted a patch request from us, which resolved the problem we've been having to work around by overriding the JForm class, which is what then causes issues with Kunena.

sorry thats not true I think - they messed up the commit - we still need to override certain things
