Form with repeating group - no delete?

I have a form with a repeating group.

I there a way to avoid that the user can delete a row that he created depending the value of a field?
Like there is the CanDeleteRow plugin for lists.

In the repeat group settings you have "Delete access/or use field"

Yes, there I can limit the access to a usergroup or user_id.

But I want to limit it depending the value of a (calc)field. As long as the value = 0 the record can/may be deleted, if it is greater than 0, it may not be deleted any more (and changed neither).

Nope. You'd have to roll your own solution for that in Javascript.
