Grouping Layout

I was just having a look at some of the tutorials. (Digging Deeper and Grouping).
In the grouping tutorial the grouping after category creates independent tables, with each a column heading row on top. When I try to do that it looks like in the annexe.

Is it a settings problem, that mine looks different or a CSS problem?

How can I get rid of the number of rows beneath the title (in my case 8)? See green arrow

How can I get a column heading row for each table?

How can I get the column heading row underneath the title?

Thanks

Roger

Which list template are you using?

In a previous post you said you are now running 3.2, not 3.0 ... ?

The tutorial is from Fabrik2/Joomla1.5.
Since Fabrik3 the default/bootstrap template displays the list header above the groups, but groups can be collapsed.

If you want to get rid of the number you must create a custom template.

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
