Hide submit button until form validated

Fabrik v3.8 Joomla v3.8.3

I have a multipage form with a number of elements requiring validation. The issue is that users are trying to click the SUBMIT button (which is not active) before completing the second page of the form. Is there a way to hide the SUBMIT button until either the last page of the form, or until all elements are validated (AJAX validation is turned on)
