how to update column with update list plugin

hi
this is simplified of my problem:
i have list of my users and i want do something such as Batch button in joomla. for example i want select some users from list and send them to specific JuserGroups.
i try do it , with update col plugin but it seems not support dropdown of usergroup in popup and you must set manually usergroupID as a value in field of popup.
is it possible to use some field for leach data that i want?

I can't think of a way to provide that dropdown, with the code as-is. You'd have to have individual update_col plugins for each group you want to assign to.

i have more than 100 Jusergroup.

No, I can't think of another way. We'd have to modify update_col to allow controls like dropdowns.

And no, I guess with 100 groups it's not feasible. if you were just needing to assign to two or three, that'd work.
