In field get value id, but not data

Hi,

sometimes some user when save form and edit in some fields get not a data name, but id`s....

If other user edit same form get all fields with data, but sometimes just crash form on this user and him can not edit anymore these fields....

I really can't tell you much without seeing the site. Which form is it, and how do I provoke the problem?

How provoke the problem i too can't explain, just sometime and some user not exactly one. These fields POL and POD have this options.
Can i send connection information to join on site ?

Same place you set up your BLS site info. http://fabrikar.com/you/my-sites. Provide a backend super admin login, and any details I need about which form / elements, etc. I don't need ftp or phpMyAdmin.
