Looking for partner for business

I'm not sure if this is the right place for it, but I'm looking for a partner who is well known with Fabrik and knows enough mysql/php and jquery to make a few custom things here and there.
It's a continuous project that would need care every week and has a lot of business opportunity and could provide continual income as well.
I need someone reliable, preferable in the Netherlands, who I can set this up with. I myself basically don't have time enough to run this project.

If you don't find anyone, I'm always interested in ongoing technical work, as I can always use the extra $, although I'm not sure of being much help in the "business" side of it.
