Message/Ticket system

Hi,
I need to do a message system beetween 2 users (a ticket system) so:

When user 1 is logged can not modify messages of user 2 but see them as labels or readonly fields like in a forum.
Also once user1 has saved his message he see it as readonly and can change it only by pressing a button

How to do that?

Not entirely sure what visual presentation you are going by, but just using ACL's and a 'user' element on the list would do that.

Create a 'user' element.

Set the Access on the list for 'Edit' to be "Super Admins" (or whatever) and "or use field" set to the user element.

That way, users can only edit their own rows (unless they are super admins, or whatever level you set edit to), and they have to press the "Edit" button to do it.
