paypal IPN failure

I'm getting a form.paypal.ipnfailure.custom_error in the fabrik log.
What additional info do you need from me to troubleshoot this?

what's the content in the log table's 'message' column?
I think it would be 'formid or rowid empty in custom:......'

is your form set to record in the database? (If not try setting it to do so)
The custom code should contain formid:rowid, but it seems yours just has formid.

Not at the moment. And it'll probably be a couple of days till we get back on top of this stuff, while we recover from the site migration and fix the inevitable teething problems.

Can it be a problem with polish characters?
