PayPal plan elements not saving; sub switch missing is

the PayPal subscription table id, duration, and duration period do not save. plan name and invoice number do save.
Also, the subscription switch is missing.

also just noticed that the paypal plugin defaults to published even if I save as unpublished.

Woah, that was a sumbitch. OK, fix is in github that should address the subs id, duration etc. not saving. Actually they were saving, they just weren't picking up the saved value when re-displaying.

I'll look at the subscription switch next.

OK, subscription switch should be there now. Committed to github.

I need to press on with some other forum issues (been on this one for about 3 hours), so bump the "published" issue in a few days, I'll come back to it.

Great, thanks for figuring that out, can deal with only being published for now during testing.
