P.S. I am uncertain of the efficacy of bumping as a means of getting support attention. Personally, I read the oldest unread thread first, so a bump to the top of the page actually results in me reading it later.

Bumping is really only effective if your post has dropped out of the "Last 3 days" search. I always use that, and start with the oldest, moving forwards in time. I think that's what Rob mostly uses as well.
