Possible bug: no records found not displaying when filtering

when i use the filters and come to a filter that has no records, the no records found is not displaying on the page. Viewing the page source, it is there but the TR and TD its in have style="display:none;" set on them. I do not have any CSS that is causing that and looking at default.php for the template, there is an option to set that style on it. So somewhere that style is being placed improperly and not sure how and/or why...

Doesn't matter which template I use, it happens on each one. Any help on this would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

If i make a url to display a single record (working on email for my other thread). then the no record found displays if the url is incorrect.

This seems to be related to ajax filtering, if that helps... When i filter down and there is no record its just blank, but the code is there with display:none;... So something is not changing due to ajax is my assumption.
