Problem with Date fields on form

I've setup a few date fields with the date dialog popup to chose a date.

Whenever you click on the date field or icon, the form submits.

I had to turn it off, but would really like to use it.

Anyone else seen this, or have an ideas?

I can't replicate this issue, although I'm had a couple of people report it.

Can you point me at a page on your site where this is happening?

This is a form that redirects to docusign, I'll turn on one of the date fields. There are no required fields at this point, just click on the date field - date picker and it will submit.

I can't log in with those credentials I see this error in my ftp program when I try to connect:

Resolving address of sbox2.reunionfsc.com
Status:Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NODATA - No address associated with nodename".
