Problem with repeatable group

I've recently developed issues with a repeatable group within a form. I've upgraded to svn 5943 and the issue is occurring. I'm using Joomla 1.5.18 and Fabrik 2.1.1. Please forgive me if there's already a solution posted somewhere, I've searched many hours and could not find resolution. Attached are two links to jing videos which describe two different but similar issues. The first issue does not allow any more than two selections in the repeatable group within the form. The second issue occurs when the record is "edited" within the form. I'm able to delete selections within the group but it does not allow me to add a selection. And it does something weird and changes the name of my last selection to that of the first. I hope the videos will explain this in greater detail.

Is that a "simple" repeat group, or a repeated table join?

Need to know so I can replicate the bug.
