quote in the URL crashes IE

Hi,

I have a list view with a clickable column used to partially fill a form. The url is long and contains several values. If one of them contains a quote (apostrophe) : ' it crashes IE (error 500) whereas it works very well with FF.

Here is an example of crashing URL :
http://xx.yy.zz.tt/public/cust2014/... ?tes sollicit? : H?tesse de l'air&Itemid=337

This can be reproduce using mysites test site and rob/fabrik login. Go to "Demande Rdv Pro" and choose "H?tesse de l'air" (4th line).

I think the quote should be coded ?

I've seen something similar in Chrome, but this should have been solved (maybe in 3.0 only?)

Partially solved ! It's now working when clicking from the list view and it shows the form with the right data. But when on submit the url is still wrongly formated and it shows error 500 immediately on submit.

hehe well its more to do with Joomla's router which doesn't handle them well.
