"Restricted Access" - Site is down upon Install

Dear Fabrik Mods,

I went ahead an installed Fabrik 2.0rc3 and my site is now displaying "Restricted Access" message. I've gone into the admin and the server and have deleted the Fabrik Files however the site is still displaying the same message (http://cg-la.com/). I've looked on line for fixes but haven't been able to come up with anything. Would you please point me in the right direction or provide me with the fix?

I have absolutely no clue what the problem is. Never seen that happen with a Fabrik install. That error is telling you that something is trying to load a J! file without going through J! (i.e. without going through one of the index.php's) ... so _JEXEC isn't defined.
