Tags element bugs

Hi.
I have seen the following bugs in the tags element:
- can not disable the hyperlink in the tag when the tag element is displayed in a list.
- the link of a tag when it is displayed in a list is filtering the list based on the tag BUT only in the first page. In case you are in page 2,3, etc the link returns an empty list.

I use the latest Fabrik from Github with php7+joomla 3.6.5 and Enhanced Dropdowns" feature is ON

That's not really a bug, that's just not an option we've built into the plugin. Nobody has ever asked for that feature.

Ah, OK. Yup, the 'limitstart' on the session would try and load rows which don't exist. I guess I've never noticed that as the two lists I have my test tags on are fairly short.

I'll see if I can fix that.
