Where have all my form fields gone?

I setup my form and everything works fine. I can add posts, i can view a list in frontend and backend. Until the first time i logout: When i login again i won't be able to add any new posts as when i reach the form page there are no fields listed there are only those buttons i activated for the form (eg. submit, back and reset). This is the same in both frontend and backend.

I tried to change settings i every way possible, but nothing changed the fact that the fields in the form aren't there, so there can't be added new posts, edited or even viewed in detail view. The posts only show up in list view, where everything works just fine also ajax.

I'm using a theme from RockedTheme one of the newest (Xenon). I've also tried Joomla's Protostar theme, as you guy's in some threads mentioned Fabrik being tested with the Protostar theme, but to the same avail.

I made dump of the page source and found the part where Fabrik dumps its code. As you see it seems, there are no field outputs. Also i wonder, why there are so many division end tags (</div>)?

Which exact Fabrik and Joomla version are you running?
If it's the same in front and backend it can't be template related.

OMG: I forgot to enter my product key, and now i can't figure out where to look for that info - shame on me! I remember there was an option for regenerating a password but i just can't find that page, even not in my surf history, which goes way back ;-)

Thank you troester, that did it for me! Thank you for the prompt and kind support! I will try to recommend Fabrik as often as i can! It's great with the image popup and media player in list view, just what i needed!
